Alice research

Alice is a free software developed by Carnegie Mellon University and it originated in the University of Virginia. Alice was designed as a teaching tool to introduce students to programming and it was not meant for any other uses. However, we at Kryotech have managed to use it for game developement. We have managed to make collision detection, Artificial Inteligence, physics, health systems, and controls and molded it into a game. The following is some gameplay footage of a game that was made at Kryotech. As you can see, the video shows gravity, swarm-like AI, and collision detection. This is the first game, and it has not gone public yet. We are trying to post a demo on our website, but we may or may not be able to post it.
